MM Solutions provides solar panel consultation, installation, and maintenance services across Upper Assam, India. All services are provided on a case-by-case basis following a physical site visit and written quotation.
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material availability, site conditions discovered during installation, or scope changes requested by the customer after the quote is issued. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Payment terms are specified in the quotation. A partial upfront payment may be required for material procurement. The balance is due upon completion of the installation and handover. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and UPI.
Solar panels carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period of one year from the date of completion. The warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorised modifications, or neglect. Maintenance and servicing plans are covered under separate terms agreed upon at the time of signing.
